My passion is to capture natural, emotional and beautiful photographs of your family. I believe the best place to take  these photographs is in your own home or out on location.

I live in Bristol but am freelance which means I bring all of my equipment to your home. This is a luxury service in which your family can be photographed in the comfort of your own home without having top make a trip out with a newborn baby.

I cover anywhere an hour travel from Bristol for no extra charge. beyond this I charge 40p per extra mile. So I photograph in Wales, Gloucester, Cotswolds, Somerset, Bath, London and more!

Bristol and Bath have THE most amazing landscapes and urban scenes for a family photograph.

I have some favourite locations to use throughout the year and seasons. I always love to hear about your favourite location for family adventures too and will photograph at any location you like.

In spring I recommend bluebell woods or blossom. For summer the Lavender fields or the beach are 2 of my favourite locations.

For Autumn, Westonbirt Arboretum,  Ashton Court and Leigh Woods have the best autumnal displays of colour.

In Winter, even though it can be cold the light is the most beautiful. Winter photo shoots are also well suited for little ones who can’t stay up late for summer evening photo shoots. This is because sunset is so much earlier in the winter. I like Christmas tree farm photo shoots, outside and all wrapped up in your winter woollies.

This is every parents worry! Trust me. I however never worry as I know within 2 hours of play with their family I always capture memorable moments. Often we manage at least 1 smile- even with babies who are unwell or teething.

I have a series of prompts to help with natural interactions like the tickle game, family questions, Eskimo kisses and many many more!

You can also plan ahead and let me know what your child loves most. a favourite toy or story book always helps.

And, if your child really isn't happy in the photos and you don't like them- you don't have to pay a penny.

I only ask my clients to buy what they love. 

Yes of course! Everyone is welcome in the photos. Siblings shots will mean so much to you. Pets are family members too and I always do my best to include them in a family portrait with baby.

Absolutely any age from newborn to 90! Your family photos are going to be the most precious items you have.

Many people choose to celebrate 6 months, 1 year and pre-school ages with family photo shoots.

For older school age children and teens ask me about my seasonal photo shoots. These are much shorter and designed for when you just want a couple of photos to update your family wall or album. With this option many families come back annually or every other year.  A different season each time!

Most of my families book a photo shoot that starts at their home and then outside for an hour. If the weather is bad on this day most families go ahead with just indoors as it takes a lot to arrange the time, outfits etc.

If you have booked specifically for an outdoor photo shoot you can reschedule for not extra cost if the weather is bad. When I say 'bad' I mean constant rain or gale force winds. I don't cancel for light showers as often the light is gorgeous and the sun always come out in-between showers.

The best weather for a photo shoot? Cloud- you wouldn't believe it but cloud is the most flattering light for portraits! Your images will have great colour even on a cloudy day.

Yes, my clients love having digital files to share and keep for future printing. You can print to your hearts desire. Digital files are always of the highest quality and never watermarked.

I do encourage the value of the printed product and every package includes a set of prints. I also sell a variety of exquisite wall art not found on the high street. Plus luxury photo albums.

There is no session fee. You only purchase your photographs once you have seen them. a £99 deposit is needed to secure your date and the amount is taken off any future purchases.
